Since its inception in 2007, JTF Property Group continues to grow and successfully fulfill its mission of helping families, restore their credit while experiencing the joy of living in single family homes.    

The company was founded and is managed by Christie VanSteenwyk, who has spent over 30 years in real estate.  Her vast experience in the business ranges from rehabbing inter-city properties to selling estates.  She holds an Indiana Broker’s license and has  received the GRI (Graduate Realtor’s Institute) designation.  

 JTF Property Group (“Journey to Freedom”)'s purpose is to help families who have become victims of financial challenges through job loss, foreclosure, bankruptcy or the like restore their credit and gain financial stability in a tough economic environment.  Our goal is to help families experience the delight of home ownership while enjoying the comforts of single family homes in safe neighborhoods.  With commitment and effort we believe every family deserves an opportunity to be a homeowner.  We want to help you along your “journey to freedom” by providing you tools and guidelines to reach your goal.

If you think or know your credit is poor, don’t be bashful about letting us know - it may not be as hopeless as you think.  We definitely will be truthful and honest with giving you information and direction.  One thing that is a must is that you have employment or verifiable income.
